My network has changed. I cannot see my Integrated Pinpad from my IPAD

- The first thing to do is get the IP address from your IPAD.
- This example is based on a Chase Payments Pinpad
- Press # to get into Admin Mode
- Enter your Admin Password (check with manager or Chase)
- Press #3 for Setup
- Press #2 for Communications
- Press #3 for Ethernet
- Press #1 for Current Setting
- This IP address gets entered into your CanPOS back end.
- Go to your Store

- Go to >Settings>Store>EMV Settings
- Enter the IP address your Pinpad has been assigned by the router
- Go to the POS Ipad
- Login and go to Operations Page
- Select the Hardware Tab, then card reader, and select your pinpad at the correct IP Address
- Back to POS and the pinad should say "Welcome Bonjour". This indicates you are in "Integrated Mode"
