How to find Terminal ID of Device
When you speak to Chase Support, they will always ask you Terminal ID of the device. To find the Terminal ID follow the following steps:
Changes Need to be done in CanPOS Admin Page Enable Ingenico option in CanPOS Admin Page for store you want. For Chase and Global choose Ingenico
Once you get the IP address, put that in CanPOS BackOffice, Port Number is 8000
To recognize this mode, Home Screen will show Chase Payment logo
Chase iCT250 pinpads seem to have a high failure rate with connection to host when set to DHCP
Setting the IP Address of the Ingenico Pinpad
1.At the Idle menu, press [#] to access the Admin Menu.
2.Press [3] to select Setup Menu.
3.If prompted for Manager Password, input [2] [F] [F] [F] for the letter C, [7] [F] for the letter P, [7] [F] [F] [F] for the letter S, [2] [4] [6] [8] and press the green [Enter] key.
4.Press [2] to select Communications.
5.Press [3] to select Ethernet settings.
6.Press [2] to select Ethernet Setup.
7.Press [1] for Dynamic (DHCP) or press [2] for Static to select the Terminals IP Configuration..
8.For Static Setup (User Defined Information):
1.Press [1] to edit the Terminal IP address. Input the Terminal IP information and press the green [Enter] key. If information is correct, press the green [Enter] key.
2.Press [2] to edit the Gateway IP address. Input the Gateway IP information and press the green [Enter] key. If information is correct, press the green [Enter] key.
3.Press [3] to edit the Subnet Mask IP. Input the Subnet Mask information and press the green [Enter] key. If information is correct, press the green [Enter] key.
To download new programming parameters from Chase
CONTACT YOUR CHASE REP BEFORE PERFORMING ANY DOWNLOAD. ENSURE PINPAD IS SET TO STATIC IP BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO USE YOUR POS INTEGRATION AGAIN
To change from default password to (new password)

Cancel back to Welcome/Bonjour
To close batch from Canpos
Select Operation on Canpos, then Batch / Tip Adjustment
Press Submit Batch
The pinpad should start its closure procedure and print its report on the pinpad.
Switching between Semi-Integrated and Standalone mode
If you push the button and nothing much happens where it stays on the welcome screen, you are in Semi-Integrated mode.
If you push the button and you get MAIN MENU, you are in Standalone mode
To switch modes, hit F1. You should be prompted to enter a password.Enter 1234567F (= 123456P)
It is necessary for Semi-Integrated to be enabled/on to communicate with CanPOS Ipad.

How to find Terminal ID of Device

- Hit ‘#’ key to enter Admin/Manager Menu
- Enter Manager Password ‘CPS2468’or ‘123456P’ or ‘P123456’ or ‘123456V’
- Enter Maintenance → Download → Configure → Hit Cancel or X to get the report which will show you Terminal ID.

How to pull IP addresses from Ingenico Device
- Hit ‘#’ key to enter Admin Menu
- Enter Setup Menu → Enter Manager password → Communications
- Hit Ethernet
- Current Setup →Mac Address → IP Type → Local IP →Gateway IP →DNS IP →Netmask IP
- Make sure IP address and Gateway both are in same domain
- Ethernet Setup → Change to Static IP → Device will Reboot
Once you get the IP address, put that in CanPOS BackOffice, Port Number is 8000
Enter Port Number in Ingenico Device
- Hit ‘#’ key to enter Admin Menu
- Scroll down to Misc. Options → Semi- Integrated
- Enable SemiInteg → On
- Communication Type → Ethernet → Enter Port 8000 → Hit Enter
- Receipt options → “Merchant Preference Both or Terminal”
How to Change Receipts Settings
- Hit ‘#’ key to enter Admin/Manager Menu
- Enter Manager Password ‘CPS2468’or ‘123456P’ or ‘P123456’ or ‘123456V’
- Headers → Use each Header as you want on the Receipt Header
- Footers → Use each Footer as you want on the Receipt Footer
- Receipt options
- Receipt Delay “Delay in Seconds”
- Receipt Copies “Merchant Preference One or Two or Prompt”
How to Enable Tip options
- Hit ‘#’ key to enter Admin/Manager Menu
- Enter Manager Password ‘CPS2468’or ‘1234567P’ or ‘P123456’ or ‘123456V’
- Scroll down to Tip options
- Tip → Std Tip Only
- Tip Mode → Amount or Percentage

Working Modes of Ingenico Device
- Semi-integrated: This is the mode we need device to work with Linga Application. To Enable this mode, follow the following steps:
- Hit ‘#’ key to enter Admin Menu
- Enter Manager Password ‘CPS2468’or ‘123456P’ or ‘P123456’ or ‘123456V’
- Scroll down to Misc. Options → Semi- Integrated → Enable SemiInteg → On
- Standalone Mode: This is the manual mode, which can show all the transactions, void payments, Settlement manual Batch etc. To enable this mode follow following steps:
- Hit ‘F1’ → Enter Manager Password → Press ‘3’ to see all transactions → Press ‘7’ to settlement Batch
Note: If Home screen Shows “Welcome/Bonjour”, you’re in Semi-integrated mode, always use this mode with CanPOS
