To refund a sale

• Press the gear to get into operations
  
  
  
• Press refund on the left hand side
  
• If you have a receipt that you want to specifically refund you can enter it here
  

Or

You can do a refund without a receipt

• Enter the amount of the refund, a reason for the refund and the payment type to be refunded

Note:
Credit card sales will require the customer to be there to pint their card in refund
Debit sales must be called into chase.This is a chase setting

To manually do a refund on the pinpad outside of the interface…

• Press the f1 key on the pinpad (for chase)
• Enter manager code ********
• Yes to go to stand alone mode

Same procedure to return to integrated mode.

To go over the procedures for manually doing returns on the pinpads you need to talk to your processor.
