Configuring Overtime Settings in CanPOS

Navigate to Settings>Overtime Settings
- Sign into the CanPOS back office online at mystore.canposonline.com
- Click on the Settings tab on the Navigation Panel
- Click on the Overtime Settings tab
Daily Overtime – (i.e. Employees are eligible for OT over 8 hours daily)
Weekly Overtime – (i.e. Employees are eligible for OT over 40 hours weekly)
Daily & Weekly Overtime – (i.e. Employees are eligible for OT over 8 hours daily and over 40 hours weekly)
- Press Update to save
- Sign into the CanPOS back office online at mystore.canposonline.com
- Click on the Settings tab on the Navigation Panel
- Click on the Overtime Settings tab
Daily Overtime – (i.e. Employees are eligible for OT over 8 hours daily)
- Overtime - Select Daily
- Daily – Enter number of hours an employee works before earning overtime
- Effective Date – Enter the date this Overtime setting should become effective
- Click the Update button when finished
Weekly Overtime – (i.e. Employees are eligible for OT over 40 hours weekly)
- Overtime - Select Weekly
- Start Day – Enter first day of pay week
- Weekly – Enter number of hours an employee works before earning overtime
- Effective Date – Enter the date this Overtime setting should become effective
- Click the Update button when finished
Daily & Weekly Overtime – (i.e. Employees are eligible for OT over 8 hours daily and over 40 hours weekly)
- Create the first Overtime option (either Daily or Weekly)
- Press Update to save
- Click the +Overtime button
- Create the second Overtime option
- Press Update to save
